How to use our beautiful templates

You can use our templates in 2 major ways:

• Use the complete template file as it is.
• Use/Add the template to an existing form or page

1. How to use the complete template file as it is:

• Download template HTML file




• Get your Form Id and User Id

Login -> Click 'HTML code' of the form -> Get credentials





• Open the downloaded template file in your best code/text editor and add your User Id and Form Id




• Upload the edited HTML file to your web server

Note: The template can also work with other file types, such as .php

• Launch the form's URL and test

2. How to use/Add the template to an existing form or page:

• Copy all template styles (The bootstrap link and the internal CSS code)




• If the form will take/cover the whole web page, then copy the template code from the beginning till the end of the body tag




• If the form will cover only a section of your web page, then copy the template code from the beginning till the end of the main tag




Note: Ensure that the form's User Id and Form Id are added correctly as seen here
